I’m sure you’re itching to know what I’m doing talking about losing weight fast. It all started because the other day I visited a friend’s place where I had to climb two flights of stairs, and it did me in. By the time I got to the top, I was perspiring profusely, huffing and puffing, my face was red, and I was in bad shape. I excused myself and went into the bathroom, splashed some cold water on the back of my neck, and looked up into the mirror, and then it hit me: I needed to lose weight fast.
On some level, I feel like I’ve turned into my father. He was an enormously obese man, with a great sense of humor and a strong, good-natured approach to life. But boy, he was huge. And now I’m getting fat also. Don’t misunderstand, I love my pops, but I really really really would like to avoid getting to 300 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s not really any way of turning back.
So I’ve been doing a bunch of research on how to lose weight fat. My wife wants to join me, telling me that she has been thinking about losing weight too, which should definitely make it a lot easier to succeed on whichever diet plan we end up with. I’ll keep you guys up to date on how well the weight loss plan goes for us. I know losing weight will not be easy, but it’s what has to happen as far as I can see, so I’m really going to be working hard to understand how to lose weight fast.
